The folks over at wolf were
kind enough to send us a few boxes of their .45 caliber fmj ammunition.
After several try outs at my local shooting range I discovered several
things. Wolf makes a clean firing, deadly accurate, no-problems-with-jamming-even-when-you-pull-the-trigger-as-fast-as-you-can
ammunition. Now, on initial inspection I was surprised to find that instead
of a standard straight brass shell casing they use steel coated with an
odd, green sealant. It seems to allow for a smoother ejection than a standard
casing.
As a target round or for those
of you that hunt with handguns I recomend Wolf highly. For home defense,
if you live in close proximity with your neighbors (such as in an apartment
or the suburbs) it may not be such a good idea due to the fact that a
.45 caliber fmj round tends to go through the target and could possibly
enter your neighbors home with devastating results. Testing was done at
25 yards after determining that home defense was not practical for the
ammo
Wolf also provides a one hundred
percent satisfaction guarantee if you are not fully satisfied with their
product they will refund the unused portion, including freight. How can
you go wrong with a deal like that? (If the bad guys are still walking
about after taking a .45 slug to the chest, though, refunds may be the
least of your worries.)
Oh, and by the way fellas,
I tested your shirt just for fun. After 22 washes the color has not noticeably
faded and the stitching is as strong as ever. Who would have thought that
you could make such a fine ammunition and still put quality into your
logo gear?

Thanks to the good people
from Wolf Ammo for producing such a fine product and now its time to head
